Will
Will began his career at Honeywell Aerospace as an electronics engineer, later transitioning into the superyacht industry as an ETO in 1994. He founded Bond Technology Management in 2006, leading major yacht builds and partnering with industry leaders in AV/IT, communications, security, and air quality. Will also supports initiatives like Yacht Crew Help and Life After Yachting.
Zeb
Zeb joined Bond TM with 15 years of experience in large-scale broadcast system integration. He managed technology systems for high-profile yachts like MY Eclipse and MY Dilbar. Zeb is currently Bond's Technical Director, based in Hamburg.
Herbert
Herbert holds a BSc in Computer Science and began his career as an IT Trainer in South Africa and the Netherlands. He entered the yachting industry in 2005, working on new builds and refits, designing and supporting superyacht IT infrastructures. Herbert leads our growing support team in South Africa.
Philip G
Philip holds a degree in media technology and has experience integrating and planning broadcast systems on cruise ships. He also led the technical department at a post-production studio, designing user-friendly systems that meet client needs. Philip is part of the consultancy team in Hamburg as well as long-time trainer of our Audio Visual Courses.
Helge
Helge holds an engineering degree in Media Technology with a focus on AV and broadcast systems. Since joining Bond, he has managed more than ten mega-yacht new-builds and several refits, overseeing all phases from planning to handover. He has extensive on-site experience at major shipyards.
Michal
Michal started his IT career by developing long-range wireless data links for an Internet Service Provider (ISP). He later advanced to designing and supporting robust IT infrastructures for businesses in Slovakia. With deep expertise in core internet technologies and a passion for innovation, he is a driving force at Bond.
Gregg
Gregg has over 25 years of IT experience in technical, team lead and management roles across various industries such as Financial Services, Maritime Operations and Manager Service Providers. Having worked in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean he enjoys applying his wide range of skills and knowledge his position at Bond.
Norman
Norman has designed AV systems for post-production and live events. Early in his career, he developed the TV production system for four German cruise ships and helped design an IP-based entertainment system. His background is in media technology with a focus on AV and broadcast systems.
David
David is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing technical operations, infrastructure, and support services. With a career spanning over two decades, he has led teams, overseen complex IT environments, and delivered strategic solutions across various industries. David is knows for his ability to align technology with business goals, drive operational efficiency, and provide high-level support across systems, networks & security platforms.

Jack
Born and Bred in London, UK and been in Cyprus since 2005. Strong finance professional with a BA Hons Business Studies focused in Accounting and Business/Management from London Metropolitan University, UK. Experienced Collections and Credit Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the Event Management and IGaming Industry . My passion is Rugby and Cricket.
Monique
Monique has extensive experience in financial management, with a background in audit, banking, and corporate finance, effectively managing relationships between boards and stakeholders.
Travis
Travis has a true passion for Information Technology and has attained several Microsoft and Cisco certifications. With experience in the banking and healthcare sectors, he holds several Microsoft and Cisco certifications. He supports clients remotely and onsite for surveys and refits.
Pavol
Pavol worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprise for 14 years in roles ranging from Windows engineering to SAP and database consulting before joining Bond. You'll find him traveling round the world with the IT Team for surveys, upgrades & refits.
Catalin
With over 15 years of experience in the AV/IT industry, Catalin has built a strong reputation as a skilled support engineer. Specializing in resolving on-site technical challenges, he is dedicated to providing effective solutions and ensuring client satisfaction across a variety of complex AV/IT environments. You'll find him onsite for many of our upgrades & refits.
Philip M
With a rich 20-year IT career, Philip joins Bond, bringing deep expertise. He commenced in the Courier and Logistics Industry, ascending from IT Helpdesk Support to Senior Application Support Specialist at the world's leading courier company. Philip possesses vast IT system knowledge and corporate process insights, and is poised to embrace new challenges with Bond.
Hannes
Hannes studied media technology in Hamburg and began his collaboration with Bond through his research on acoustic fabrics for superyachts. He is part of the consultancy, integration and Audio Visual Training teams.
Jun
Jun brings a global perspective to Bond, having been born in South Korea and later moving to Europe. With a degree in International Food Business and a strong background in sales within the food industry, she combines market knowledge with client-focused expertise. Since joining Bond as a Business Support Specialist, Jun has taken on diverse responsibilities to support both clients and management with dedication and adaptability.
Paul L.
Paul holds multiple degrees in Media Technology from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. He brings project management experience, a close attention to detail and endless enthusiasm to Bond projects.
Angela
Angela started her yachting career in 2005 and brings extensive experience from working on yachts and in the yachting industry across Europe. From "The Launch Pad" in Barcelona, she coordinates our IT, AV & Cyber Risk Awareness Courses.
Pearl
Pearl recently graduated from TU Dresden. With her background in successfully supporting civil infrastructure projects, she joins the consultancy services team in the management of new builds and refits.
Brendan
Brendan has over 15 years of IT experience, specializing in networks, firewalls, and systems. He led teams for an MSP in South Africa before joining Bond's yachting IT support division.
Gloria
Gloria holds a degree in Media Engineering and has gained initial professional experience in live streaming and broadcast environments. She is curious about new technologies and is steadily developing towards managing her own projects.
Jacques
With over 20 years of IT experience, Jacques specializes in network environments, email, and web hosting. He holds multiple Microsoft certifications and you'll find him supporting our clients day in and day out.
Tihomir
Tiho has nearly 9 years of experience in enterprise networking and network security. He began his professional journey as a Network Engineer at a fintech company in Macedonia and later advanced to a NOC Engineer position with a Dutch cloud service provider. He holds multiple Cisco certifications and is committed to deepening his expertise, with the goal of becoming a recognized specialist in the field and earning the prestigious CCIE certification.
Martin M
Martin is joining us from DXC Technology. With over 20 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in designing and managing IT infrastructure solutions for SAP systems in both on-premises and cloud environments. Martin is skilled in VMware, administering Linux systems, and managing a variety of storage systems.
Tom
Tom is a Media Technology student currently working as an Assistant Engineer with our team. With several years of experience in the live event industry, he is dedicated to finding the best technical solutions while maintaining a detail-oriented approach and continuously expanding his skill set. Passionate about sharing knowledge and staying up to date with the latest technological trends, he remains calm under pressure and embraces challenges. After completing a project, he often takes the time to connect with the team and appreciate their collective achievements.
Paul R
Paul has over 15 years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer, managing IT systems for various companies, including medical organizations and mines. He later transitioned to in-house IT management for an international engineering firm and is dedicated to supporting our IT clients.
Christian
Christian began his career in 2006 as a sound engineer in recording studios after finishing his Audio Engineer Diploma and served his military service in the telecommunications and signal corps of the German Army. He has more than 15 years experience in cruise ship AV and broadcast systems where he combined his passion for the Ocean and the Entertainment industry while leading the Sound, Light and Stage department for Germany's biggest cruise line as an Entertainment Technical Manager.
Aurelia
With a background in foreign languages and experience in IT, HR, and personal development training, she oversees sales operations for Bond - managing quotes, orders, client/vendor relationships and ensuring timely project delivery and strategic planning.
Pierre
With over two decades of IT experience, Pierre has a proven track record across diverse industries including the financial, manufacturing, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) sectors. He is excited to be a part of the Bond support team and is committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients.

Mick
Mick began his IT career in 2006, and has specialized in network engineering since 2007. With a strong foundation in Enterprise networking, Mick has also gained experience working with a vendor and a small ISP. Throughout his career, he has acquired extensive knowledge of various vendors and solutions, enabling him to effectively tackle complex challenges and emerge as a true problem solver.
Sam
Sam studied engineering and electronics at Warsash and later joined the merchant navy. He began his yachting career as ETO on a 70m yacht evolving into a role as AVIT representative of a private fleet & luxury residences. Always willing to lend a hand, reach out to him for AV support and advice.
Felix
Felix is a video production expert with over 10 years' experience delivering complex TV and multimedia projects to clients worldwide. A versatile problem solver, he excels at breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
Sambi
Sambi brings over 10 years' experience in network design and support for large enterprises. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Cisco certifications and has a wealth of experience in supporting various vendors' technology.
Alena
Alena holds Master's Degrees in Social Psychology and Business & Marketing. She started at Bond in 2008 as an Office and Sales Assistant and returned in 2019 as a Services Representative after maternity leave.
Susan
Susan has several years of hands-on experience in the broadcasting world, particularly in live production. She's had the opportunity to work in various exciting locations around the globe, contributing to live broadcasts and technical execution.
Ria
Ria has over 25 years experience in accounting and administration; initially from the hospitality sector, she entered the yachting world when she took a post in Jetstream. She is now part of the Bond Finance team and is based in Monaco.
Hanna
Hanna holds a master's degree in international development and is fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish. She supports the Hamburg team as they travel around the world for consultancy and integration.
Sonia
Born in Kuwait, of Armenian origin, Sonia moved with her family to Cyprus in 1990 where she has been living ever since. She is multilingual and has been working in the accountancy field since 2004 in various industries such as shipping, investment and corporate/fiduciary. Sonia is part qualified ACCA and has experience in the Cyprus tax legislation. Based in Cyprus, Sonia forms part of the finance team in liaison with the team in Monaco.
Charles
With over 20 years of IT experience, Charles has worked in digital cartography, geographic systems, and yacht IT infrastructure, including ETO roles on new builds and refits. He's always ready to tackle IT issues for our clients.
Gabrielle
Gabrielle has supported Bond's founder since 2009. Combining her fluency in French and networking skills, she coordinates all things Bond, including events such as the Monaco Yacht Show and Monaco Lounge presentations.
Ermiya
Ermiya is an apprentice at Bond, where he is training to be an Information Electronics Technician for AV/IT systems. He is passionate about technology and is eager to get the skills he needs to start his career in this field. He enjoys hands on training and is excited to tackle challenges related to the AV/IT systems on yachts. He is especially looking forward to being mentored by his experienced colleagues.
