Please Note:

• Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received.
• All training courses are subject to VAT at the current rate. Bank transfer charges are to be borne by the payee.
• Where circumstances dictate, Bond reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice.
• Included in the course fee is an individually numbered certificate upon successful completion along with notebooks and writing utensils (if in classroom).
• Please note that any handouts provided by Bond are the copyright material of Bond. Bond does not authorise the copying or dissemination of information from such handouts to anyone who does not attend the particular course to which they relate.
• Bond does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of Bond. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with a specific situation.
• Courses in person: Details of the specific venue will be sent in the Joining Instructions for all training courses. There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing. Due to the variable temperature of air-conditioned rooms, layers are advised. Bond will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified in advance on the booking form. Please specify any dietary requirements or allergies that you may have. It is important to check that Bond has confirmed receipt of such information, in particular allergies.
• Accommodation and transportation can be organised by Bond upon request; however, these costs are not included in the course fee.
• Please confirm seat availability in the course before confirming any travel.
• Cancellation Policy for each course: In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred unless solely at the discretion of Bond.
• IT & AV Level 1 Virtual One-Day Course: In the event of a cancellation by you within four business days of the course date, a €50 fee will apply.
• IT & AV Level 2 Course: In the event of a cancellation by you within four business days of the course start date, a €250 fee will apply.
• Private Cyber Risk Awareness: In the event of a cancellation by you within two business days of the course date, a €300 fee will apply.
• Mixed Vessel Cyber Risk Awareness Course: In the event of cancellation by you within two business days of the course date, a €70 fee will apply.
• If you fail to attend any course on which you are booked, no reimbursement will be made.
