If you’re in charge of the onboard IT systems, want to deepen your expertise, or become more hands-on with daily IT operations, IT Level 2 is for you.

What You’ll Gain:
IT Level 2 builds on Level 1, with in-person training that dives into advanced onboard IT setup, network communication, and real hardware for practical learning. Gain confidence, sharpen your troubleshooting skills, and become an expert at keeping the network up for guests, owners, and crew—even in the trickiest situations. You’ll also develop a solid understanding of cybersecurity to protect your vessel’s systems.

Who’s AV Level 2 for?

If you’ve completed AV Level 1 and want to dive deeper, AV Level 2 is the next step! This course is made for technical crew members looking to advance their troubleshooting skills and take on more responsibility with AV system maintenance.

What You’ll Gain:

In this in-person course, you’ll gain advanced insights into AV systems, learning about their operations, control mechanisms, and troubleshooting techniques. With hands-on practice on real equipment, you’ll become skilled at resolving common AV issues and diagnosing more complex problems—making you an essential asset for smooth onboard operations.

Certification: Complete AV Level 2 and receive a Bond certificate to mark your advanced AV expertise.

Pre-requisite: AV L1 or Bond Trainer Assessment
