Bond Technology Management Ltd. is an international company specialized in providing consultancy, system design, project management and support services for audio-visual entertainment-, communications, IT and security systems on board private superyachts. The company was founded in 2006, and we currently have 40+ employees in the team. Bond TM has offices in Cyprus, Amsterdam, Monaco, Barcelona, Brisbane and Hamburg. Our activities include providing expert consultancy to yacht owners, developing system specifications, managing the construction process and providing after delivery support services.

As our client base is growing, we are looking for an organised team player with a technical understanding to support us full-time mainly out of our Hamburg office.  We hire people with passion and team spirit.  You bring the mindset; we have the tools!

Position: Internal Technical Sales & Procurement
Location: Hamburg, Germany (onsite & remote)
Employment: Full time or part time

Your profile
• Qualification in commercial sales.
• Experience in sales and procurement.
• Experience in the field of media technology or IT.

• You bring passion, curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new fields and tasks.
• You like the idea of working with international colleagues from different technical backgrounds.
• You want to work within a team, drive projects forward and close them at the highest standards.
• You possess a good level of English (B1).
• Good command in MS Office.

Your tasks
• Internal sales / Vertriebsinnendienst
• Offer creation / Angebotserstellung
• Tender processing / Ausschreibungsabwicklung
• Order processing / Auftragsabwicklung
• Procurement / Beschaffung
• Supplier relations / Lieferantenkontakt
• Inventory / Bestandspflege
• Stock management / Lagerverwaltung
• Logistics and shipping (Versand)
• Customs clearance with external agent (Zollabwicklung)
• Communication with customer and internal project team
• Process optimisation
