Cybersecurity is one of the biggest risks in today’s world, and yachting is no exception. In fact, research shows that nearly 80% of cybersecurity breaches come from human error, often unintentional. That’s why training crew and shoreside staff to recognize and respond to cyber threats is essential for keeping everyone safe—and for staying compliant with regulations like GDPR and the latest updates to the ISM Code, which now includes Cyber Risk Management.

Certification: This course is NCSC-Accredited in the UK. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from Bond Support Services & Maritime Cyber Solutions.

Prerequisite: This course is applicable to all crew. Its intended audience is expected to have a general hands-on awareness of using computer systems, mobile devices and the Internet as an end user, but is not expected to have any detailed knowledge of how such technology functions.
