Gain Confidence in Onboard AV Systems

AV Level 1 Online is an instructor-led course delivered via Zoom, and perfect for crew who are new to AV or want a better understanding of how onboard systems work. This online course gives you the knowledge to confidently identify issues and clearly communicate with engineers and support teams.

AV Level 2 is an in-person, hands-on course held in our office in Hamburg, Germany.  You’ll work with real equipment to tackle advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and system control – building the practical skills needed to keep onboard AV running smoothly.  You must have either completed Level 1 or completed a brief Bond trainer phone assessment.
