Course Overview
AV Level 1 Online is designed for crew who are new to AV systems or want a clearer understanding of how onboard technology works. Delivered live via Zoom, this course builds confidence in identifying common issues, understanding system foundations and communicating clearly with engineers and support teams.

Course Overview
AV Level 2 deepens your practical understanding of onboard entertainment and communication systems. Held in our Hamburg training centre, the course provides real equipment experience, advanced troubleshooting techniques, system control skills and preventative maintenance knowledge. Completion of Level 1 or a brief phone assessment with a Bond trainer is required.
