Whether you’re new to AV or just want to communicate AV issues more clearly, this course gives you the know-how to confidently relay requests or problems to engineers and support partners.
By the end of AV Level 1, you’ll have the skills to handle AV-related questions from guests or crew with confidence. You’ll know the right questions to ask, how to accurately describe issues, and help speed up solutions—making you a valuable link between guests and technical teams.
Certification:Â Finish the course and earn a Bond certificate to showcase your AV knowledge!

This in-person training focuses on advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and control of onboard AV systems.
