Audio Visual

We remotely monitor and optimise your entire AV environment, ensuring entertainment systems perform beautifully day and night. Our specialists support everything from cinema rooms to exterior screens, resolving distribution issues, audio failures, control anomalies and UI problems without requiring an onboard visit. We provide remote surveys, firmware updates, configuration refinement and performance tuning, supported by over 15 years of continuity within our AV engineering group.

IT

Our Virtual ETO team serves as your yacht’s remote IT department, overseeing networks, servers, storage, firewalls and every connected device onboard. We support slow‑network troubleshooting, server administration, email hosting, VPN configurations and multi‑server environments. Designed to address the industry‑wide challenge of after‑hours support, our follow‑the‑sun model ensures someone is always online, always briefed and always ready to assist your crew.

Cyber Risk Management

We help crews maintain strong cyber resilience through remote support for cyber risk assessments, following maritime‑specific frameworks that align with IMO guidance and ISM Code expectations. Our team supports vessels with vulnerability identification, best‑practice adoption and operational improvements, ensuring onboard systems remain protected against evolving threats.
We also provide support for shoreside operations by guiding comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, giving you clear visibility of potential weaknesses before they can be exploited.
To strengthen the human element, we deliver NCSC‑accredited maritime cyber awareness training so crew can recognise threats quickly and respond with confidence.

Communications

We support every element of your yacht’s connectivity ecosystem — VSAT, Starlink, OneWeb, Inmarsat, 4G, 5G, TVRO, LAN/WAN routing and airtime management. Our engineers diagnose antenna performance, stabilise fluctuating bandwidth, refine modem settings and optimise routing for performance and redundancy. With extensive antenna expertise and strategic alliances enabling hybrid multi‑network solutions, we ensure your yacht remains connected worldwide with speed, stability and security.

Lighting

We remotely support lighting processors, scene controllers, dimming racks and interfaces to ensure every space onboard responds exactly as it should. Whether a lighting zone becomes unresponsive or a scene fails to trigger, we can diagnose and guide corrections through logs, gateways and live crew support. Our multidisciplinary approach maintains smooth interaction between lighting, AV, IT and automation.

Security

We support your vessel’s security systems remotely by assisting with CCTV, intrusion detection and access control environments that provide clear awareness and intuitive monitoring. Our team helps crew interpret live views, playback, analytics and event notifications through unified security interfaces, ensuring movements onboard and around the vessel remain visible and well managed. We also assist with the behaviour and configuration of modern access control platforms, enabling smooth operation of doors, restricted areas and security states across the yacht.

HVAC

We remotely diagnose HVAC performance,  system behaviour, programming logic and system performance to maintain consistent comfort, system efficiency and reduce energy waste. Through expanded consultancy capabilities, we monitor operational parameters and identify issues before they become a problem, helping reduce consumption, extend equipment life and maintain optimal interior conditions, often without the need for an onboard visit. Issues will be made noticeable with smart alerts which results in lower stress on the crew.

Air Quality

We remotely monitor air quality sensors, filtration systems and environmental data to help maintain clean, healthy interior spaces. By reviewing live trends and identifying changes in humidity or particulate levels, we guide your crew through simple adjustments that keep onboard environments safe and comfortable between service intervals. This is to benefit the health, well-being and performance of your crew and guests on board.
